Adults grounded? Yep, you read that right! Join us for some serious fun with handstands, cartwheels, and ground arts. Who says kids get to have all the fun? Building strength and gaining flexibility through ground arts (with other big kids) is the MOST fun way to do it. Warning: This class may elicit smiling, laughing and having way too much fun. Start Time: 7:15pm End Time: 8:15pm Participants must be 16 years or older to register. No refunds will be issued upon purchase. No make up classes can be offered with session registration - please consider drop- in classes if session registration does not work with your schedule.
